I can't believe Lynzee is 8 months already. She is such a funny little girl. She always seems to have a smile on her face or a look of curiousity. She takes in everything that she sees. If she isn't smiling or checking something out she is usually eating. This girl loves to eat. She loves the fresh bananas on the farm and Gerber puffs. She is quite the puff herself. I love her chubby little cheeks. She has discovered that she loves the beach, especially the sand. She loves to eat that too. I am so glad that she made it down to our family, especially before I got to old!

Snow Has Hit Kona!!
Lynzee's first snow experience. Of course she eats it!!
Getting ready for the snowball fight!
Getting ready for the snowball fight!
So, with the New Year comes a fun experience fo the girls. Shane took them up to Mauna Kea and let them play in the snow. It doesn't snow often over here and when it does, Shane loves to go up and get some. So does the girls. They built a snowman, which went to about Shayli's ankles. It was so sad. They need to learn to make a real snowman like Uncle Rod's! But they had a blast. Kyndra said her favorite part was drinking the hot chocolate. When they returned back to Kona, Shane had filled the back of the truck with snow and we invited all the cousins to come and play in it. It was so funny seeing kids run around in shorts and t-shirts with no shoes on having a snowball fight. I think Shane and his two brothers had more fun than the kids. They used them as target practice to see how far they could throw. I guess they were trying to feel young again. :) All in all it was a fun day. Lynzee loved the cold stuff, and I got my snow fix for the year. I definitely love the warmer weather. Can't wait to go to the beach!!
